Michael Rehbein, is a 61 year old photographer based out of Bochum, Germany. For 28 years he worked as a Special Ed Teacher. He has always dabbled with photographer, starting at the age of 14 with his Kodak camera. After taking a break, he started shooting again in 2012, this time more digitally intensive. His fascination grew and he started to fall in love with post-processing. His empathy, patience, respect and love for animals are necessary in his trade, and the strong emotions he feels for the wildlife he shoots truly show through his imagery. This piece is called;
